Hot Summer

Fall seems to be coming early this year after a long hot summer. Henry had a great time exploring the parks and sprinklers. We also had a nice time at the beach in Cape May, NJ and got to visit our friends in the Adirondacks. In late August I was lucky to be able to visit my brother and his family in Geneva for a few days[singlepic id=504 w=320 h=240 float=center].

Spring came and went

So there are some new pictures and video from spring. The egg hunt video in Henry’s room is after the Easter party the building held outside in the pictures (we weren’t training him for the party). He then got his first haircut and learned to drive at the same time. Finally, Henry’s grand parents from Southern California drove cross country just to see him and we’ve had a nice couple of days together.

Holidays 2009 and a move

It’s been a busy three months since November when we enjoyed the warm sunny beach in Puerto Rico. Thanksgiving we were in New York and took Henry to the parade. In December we celebrated Christmas with Robyn’s parents, Tyler and Lindsay at Eagle Crest in Redmond, Oregon.

Once Henry got on his feet in November that meant one thing…we needed more square feet! We put our sweet little apartment we remodeled four years ago on the market in October and closed on our sale last week.

The first week of January we moved to a larger apartment ten blocks north of our old place. We are enjoying exploring our new neighborhood in Harlem. (Robyn has already found the yoga studio and cupcake shop.)

We had fun this winter playing in the snow with Henry. It will be even more fun at the playground once the weather warms up a bit this spring.
